Jerry the pig was constantly involved in very viscious condemnation of homosexuality, abortion and pornography. He acted as an evangelical right wing fanatic, who suckered millions of dollars out of weak minded people who fell for his line of crap.
His Liberty University ended up over $70 million in debt. also his "Old Time Gospel Hour" was $16 million in debt. Falwell's business associates began watching the purse strings and helped sucker companies into forgiving debts or writing them off.

Falwell's father and his grandfather were militant atheists, but unfortunately Jerry boy didn't follow in their footsteps, when he was in school he a prankster who was banned from giving his high school valedictorian's speech after he was caught using counterfeit lunch tickets his senior year.

He was a member of a gang of juvenile delinquents before becoming a born-again Christian at age 19.

Falwell created a big stink in 1999 when one of his publications suggested that that the purse-carrying "Teletubbies" character Tinky Winky was gay.
